Installation Check List

Even though we are still a few weeks away from installation, please let me know what we need to look for when the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) is installed? Is there a check list that I can follow, to make sure I don't miss anything?

I know I need to check to make sure all the top drawers open. Make sure the seam is nove very visible. Besides the general esthetics of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) , what other things I need to check?
